Patio and pool area
The main & entertainment lounge enters out onto the spacious patio and pool area. This is the perfect al-fresco entertainment spot, equipped with gas barbecue, comfortable couches, and reclining chairs. The 6 x 3.5 meter pool is solar heated and in summer months heating reaches 25-30 degrees. Additional heating can be obtained at a cost of R300.00 per day only during warm summer months allowing that both are weather influenced.
Staff & Services
We have excellent security with a comprehensive alarm system linked to an armed response unit plus CCTV at the entrance allows you to view the visitors before accessing the property. Housekeeping 5 days a week is included and additional housekeeping can be arranged at an additional price. The house is small wheelchair friendly.
House is in a cul-de-sac so no sound of traffic, very private and only the sounds of waves can be heard. It is a 5-minute walk to beach and restaurants.
